CAPS-I is a national non-profit association of 115 public school districts from all provinces across Canada. Their schools offer educational programs in English and/or French in a variety of environments – large urban centres, suburban areas and smaller communities. Students can choose to study for a few weeks or months, one term (5 months), a full academic year (10 months) or multiple years through to high school graduation.

CAPS-i's public schools offer excellence in academics as well as modern, well-equipped facilities and enrol a limited number of international students.  Over 95% of Canadian parents send their children to public schools and this year 24,000 international students are also studying in Canadian public schools.
